If u zoom the snap on the site (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pune_India.jpg) then u will see a girl on a white scooty who has covered her face more than a terrorist will. Thats a very very common site in Pune..and I hate it. All beautiful girls will do that..all thnx to pollution. Also some girls dont want the world to know their identity while roaming on their boy friend’s bike.so cover the face.
One more thing u will observe is noone is wearing a helmet when the law says its compulsory. Thats Pune guys…
